These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VentureVibe Globe ("the Service"), operated by VentureVibe Technology Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 141c High Road, Loughton, England, IG10 4LT.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VentureVibe Globe is a market intelligence platform. We may add, change, or withdraw features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to update your firm details if they change.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Deletion permanently removes your associated data within a reasonable period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the underlying methodology, design, or systems behind the Service.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Service without our written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service output without our written consent.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

4. AI-generated outputs and accuracy

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs. Outputs are not independently verified, validated, or fact-checked by us. They are produced from publicly available third-party sources and AI synthesis, and they may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inconsistencies.

The same query may produce different outputs at different times. Figures, market estimates, regulatory references, competitor information, entry costs, and any other data points are indicative only. They are not statements of fact and should not be relied on as such.

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs are intended to support your own research, not to replace it.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information through official channels, qualified professional advisors, and your own due diligence before making any commercial, legal, financial, or operational decision.
• We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any output.
• We make no warranty regarding the outcome of any market entry, investment, or business decision taken on the basis of the Service.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or investment advice. The Service is an information tool, not professional advice.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, methodology, and underlying systems are owned by VentureVibe Technology Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the firm information you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to deliver the Service to you.

Outputs we generate for you are licensed for your firm's internal use. You may share them with your professional advisors. You may not resell or redistribute them publicly without our written consent.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, business, opportunity, revenue, or data, and for any commercial or operational decision taken on the basis of Service output.

For any direct losses, our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property and liability, will continue to apply.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email, and the updated Terms will be posted with a new "last updated" date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
